Checkout some stuff from the much controversial conceptual photographer Les Krims. Easily one of my all-time favorite photographers, his work is so strategically awkward, he will be celebrating his 68th birthday this week. The east coast native, known for his carefully arrange fabricated photographs which he describes as "leftist twaddle". The usually satirical, edgy, or dark humored images he creates are always the topic of mass criticism and ire. Hollywood Holt just unveiled the cover and tracklist for his new mixtape that will be dropping August 28th which will be immediately followed by the release party on August 29th at Beauty Bar located on 1444 West Chicago Avenue in Chicago. I must say the title of the mixtape alone is worth the download!

"Social Network" is definitely a film to checkout. I will admit when I first heard about this movie I thought to myself, "this is going to be stupid", but seeing the roster of young stellar actors and checking out the movie trailer, I must admit I'll fork up the 13.50$ to watch this...Speaking of which, remember when movies were like 6.50$ regular price? Wale just dropped his new mixtape,"More About Nothing", the follow up to the "Mixtape About Nothing" which, in my opinion, is arguably the best mixtape I've ever heard and easily the top Mixtape of 2008. Gotta thank Voltrn for putting me up on the mixtape, I snoozed for 3.5 seconds.
